When paying online, be sure to have your account number handy. If you don’t know your account number you can call the water department at 870-886-2312. For every transaction under $100, there will be a $2.50 service charge. For every transaction over $100 there will be a 2.5% service charge. (Neither of these charges are from the Water Works)
